CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unhappy with your lessons for any reason, please talk to me. I will try to be as flexible as possible to sort out any issues.

Regular classes..

If you wish to cancel your lessons for any reason, I will happily refund you. Please give 2 weeks notice by email. Your refund will be 2 weeks from the date/time your email is received.

Holiday intensives & family bubble hire.

Due to the short term nature of these sessions there is no cancellation policy although I’ll do my best to fill your place from the waiting list. If I do manage to fill your place, you will not be charged.

Please make sure you understand the terms of booking before you make it.
