PHOTOGRAPHY SESSIONS

PHOTOGRAPHY DURING LESSONS & PHOTO SESSIONS

You may decide to book into one of our special photography sessions. Please read the following terms & conditions and make sure you agree to them all.

  1. Understandably many parents have strong views of how & when images of their children can be taken & used. Therefore no cameras will be allowed in any lessons or sessions at any time except my own.

  2. Sue’s… Little Fish Swim School has copyright of all images & video. Please do not crop or alter them in any way or use any of Sue’s… Little Fish Swim School photos to advertise or promote any other business without permission first.

  3. As the images of your child enjoying their underwater experience is a fantastic way for me to celebrate the quality of product I provide, I may use these images to promote lessons/photoshoots through publicity. No details of the child or yourselves will be included with the images unless previously agreed.

  4. You may opt out of having your video & images used for publicity. Please make sure you make this clear whenever the camera is being used.
